Headed by Ms Deepali, a seasoned ed-tech entrepreneur, is focused on providing cutting-edge technology enabled learning solutions to kindergarten, Schools and Colleges. Deepali is a business coach to 8 Ed-tech corporations, has strong relationships with more than 300 schools in Bangalore, personally trained close to 20 thousand teachers and 1 lakh students. Deepali has served as a member of KSQAO - Karnataka State Quality Assurance Organization for more than a decade and serves on numerous advisory boards for schools.

She keeps a very high focus on customer relationship building, servicing and believes that technology can succeed only with human touch. She has previously rendered her services for 19+ years with Educational Initiatives (EI), has been involved with the organization since its inception and has been one of their core team members.

Kalpana is a qualified intermediate Cost Accountant with a Master’s in commerce (Finance). She has worked in the corporate sector in areas of finance and accounts. She has also been a head of department in a business college and taught MIS , taxation laws and strategic management ..

Having started the journey in the education sector 18 years ago, she joined Ms. Deepali and is one of the key pillars of D-Bright Minds Team. She is a people-oriented sales professional contributing towards student learning and has developed expertise in selling great learning opportunities to school organizations by establishing trusted relationships with school community, specifically group schools in Karnataka. Her key strength lies in growing business by supporting /servicing clients, backing various cross company sales activities like budgeting, forecasting of sales targets etc.

She has been recognized by the Zonal president, AWES, Dakshin Bharath Area for her seamless coordination in implementing a "reading program" for 20 Army public schools in South India.

Outside work, she loves to listen to music, travel, meet people and explore new places.

D Harish Kumar

Harish is a Commerce graduate with a Diploma in Software Engineering. With 20+ years of work experience in various verticals attaining positions of Graphic Designer, Conference Coordination Head, Command Centre Lead, Advertising Account Head for various multinationals.

Harish started his Ed-tech journey with Deepali and D-Bright Minds team in 2011. He has always been a successful people management person, bridging the Client - Company expectations and supporting schools to adapt and familiarize with the latest EdTech solutions. His data driven, focussed sales approach has tremendously helped the team to plan and strategize decisions.

Besides work, he is very passionate about traveling, discovering places and binging on food. He has also been an athlete and was selected by SPORTS AUTHORITY of INDIA (SAI) for district / state level Volleyball teams at a very young age.

Sher Khan

Sher is a MBA graduate from Marshall University and Montessori trained adult from Indian Montessori Centre. He was the founder member of Giggles Montessori and ran it for 2 years before joining Deepali and the D-Bright Minds Team in 2012. His Creativity, Compassion and People centric attitude makes him one of the favorites among Students, Teachers and School Leaders. He is a firm believer in Team growth, Skill addition and Skill enhancements. His other interests include Traveling, Fitness and Dancing.

Akbar Shariff

Zonal Head

Akbar is a Commerce Graduate with 2 decades of Work experience leading teams across various Software multinationals and Ed-tech verticals. He joined Deepali and the D-Bright Minds team in 2010 and was instrumental in establishing and managing AI enabled Math learning retail centers in Bangalore. His calm demeanor, people management skills and assertive personality have been the key in solving challenging situations during School Support, Implementation and Sales. His Interests include traveling, working on social causes. He firmly believes in giving back to the society and is involved in social work to help the underprivileged.
